Indigo has a lot to live up to with her first freshening. Her sister, Calypso has already earned her 5*M without even breaking a sweat. The last milk test on February,2021 her dam, Calico was still in milk at 333 days. Chamisa her Granddam is still chugging along at 744 days. The bar is set pretty high for this young lady!
We had carefully selected her boyfriend for her first venture into motherhood. She however, only had eyes for the handsomest guy in the barn that day. He obliged her by jumping out of the breeding pen.
And so we are doing an experiment in linebreeding.
