Purchase Terms
Pre-Arrival Kid Reservations
If you would like to reserve a kid from a specific breeding you may do so by emailing me or with a $50.00 Deposit. A reservation WITH a deposit takes precedence over those without a deposit.
The Deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind, or fail to pick up a kid as arranged.
The deposit is not transferable to another person..
The deposit IS refundable if for any reason the kid you have selected is not available.
Kid Stuff!
Kids are weaned at 8 to 12 weeks of each depending on their maturity.
All registered kids will be disbudded, tattooed and registered with ADGA
We wether the Landscape Assistants at 8 to 12 weeks. If you wish to take your boy home early please inquire about the procedure. You will need to bring him back for wethering or have your veterinarian do it.

Board of $2. per day will be added for animals not picked up as agreed.

A deposit of $50.00 is required to hold the reserve on an adult or young kid for you.
Reserves are in place by private treaty.
Transactions not finalized by the agreed time frame will forfeit their deposit.
The animal will be returned to the sale list.
Payment in full is expected at the time of release unless pre-arranged.
Registration Papers are only released upon full payment.
Transportation and Testing
Transportation and associated Health Certification and testing required by the buyer's state
is the cost and responsibility of the buyer.
Our core herd is periodically tested for CAE/CL. The Doe herd is closed. New bucks are tested on arrival or prior to leaving their place of origin. There has been NO incidence of CAE/CL/JOHNES in our history.
A buyer is welcome to pay for any additional testing desired as a condition of sale.
Deposits will be refunded should an animal not receive the desired results.
The Last but Important Bit
(aka The Fine Print)
All goats are sold as healthy when they leave the farm.
If the buyer or seller is concerned about the condition of the animal, release can be deferred by arrangement.
Once the animal leaves the farm all sales are final. No further guarantee of health or quality is given or implied.
